Hanna Arauza serves as the President for Exceptional DREAMS.

Morgan Sargent serves as the Vice President for Exceptional DREAMS.

Mercedes Desideratus serves as the Secretary for Exceptional DREAMS and is a dedicated community member who is committed to ensuring that her daughter and son have every opportunity and resource they need in order to succeed. This is what started her journey with Exceptional DREAMS as she wants all families to be able to do the dame for their children.
From running toddler playgroups at the library, to mom meet ups in the park—she is passionate about making sure everyone feels included and is excited to help Exceptional DREAMS reach more families in need.

Ryan Davis serves as the Treasurer for Exceptional DREAMS. As the founder and current Executive director. Stepping in to the Treasurer role seemed like a logical choice to get the ball rolling with a brand new non profit. This seat will be open to nominations in the short future.

Exceptional DREAMS was founded by Ryan Davis, who currently serves in an executive leadership role. While involved in day-to-day operations and organizational development, Ryan works in partnership with the Board of Directors (as the Founder and current Treasurer), which provides governance, oversight, and accountability to ensure the organization remains aligned with its mission and nonprofit responsibilities.
